Villas Canadiense – 3-two bedroom and 2-one bedroom fully-furnished units (additional beds can be made in living area), owned and operated by a small town fun loving Canadian family (original owners). Located in the Boca del Nosara project, in the Nicoya District, in the Province of Guanacaste, in beautiful Costa Rica. Enjoy the private pool and lush garden area while enjoying the gorgeous Costa Rican sun and wildlife. Only foot steps to Playa Guiones beach, resturants, internet cafes, the Nosara Yoga Institute, and a short drive to the village of Nosara.. Maximum occupancy of 4 per unit for 1 bedroom and 6 for 2 bedroom. Fully fenced and gated property, with free off-street parking.

- Master Bedroom – queen Bed with air conditioning and large ceiling fan (linens provided)
- Double Bed – futon couch in living area converts into double bed
- Single Bed – futon chair converts into single bed
- Two large ceiling fans with vaulted ceiling to maximize air movement
- Full Kitchen – with refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender
- Deck / Patio – each villas has a private patio with a wooden table and 4 chairs, as well as a ceiling fan for greater comfort in the heat.

- Ranchito – we have a large gazebo by the pool to provide shade. Under the rancho is a large wooden table and several chairs and a hammock for guests to share.

We can hold a reservation for you with a 50% deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservation
1. Cancellation of a reservation more than 60 days in advance will result in a cancellation of the reservation and a total refund of any deposit received less a $250 administration fee.
2. Cancellation of a reservation less than 60 days room charges will be assessed the value of the 20% deposit, and $250 admin fee.
3. Failure to contact us for cancellation (i.e., a “no-show”) will result in no refund.
4. If you book for an extended period and then reduce the length of your stay, the rate for your stay will be billed at the rate applicable for your actual length of stay.
Peak Holiday Period Reservation
We will require a 50% deposit prior to confirmation of the reservation. Deposit received at the time of booking is refundable only under the following two conditions:
- Cancellation of reservation is received more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date
- AND we will make a good faith effort to rebook the reservation and if successful will refund the 50% deposit, less a $250 admin fee.
Group Reservation (2 or More Villas)
We will require a 50% deposit prior to confirmation of the reservation and this is refundable only under the following two conditions:
- Cancellation of reservation is received more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and,
- We will make a good faith effort to rebook the reservation and if successful will refund the 50% deposit.

- Over night guests strictly limited to 4
- No glass in the pool area
- Staff will turn AC off when room is left unattended for more than 1 hour. You may be subject to additional fees if you consume high amounts of power.
